Aspiras a demasiado. Si escoges eso te cierras las demás puertas. Si en algún momento te arrepientes, deja que el compromiso te anime a seguir, y quizás luego descubras que escogiste lo correcto. Si no sabes que hacer, elige lo que mejor se te dé y ya te decidirás más tarde. Te pegan las tres. Llevo toda mi vida viéndote leer y escribir. No eches a perder esa cabecita tuya. Una lluvia de ideas que se ahoga en un mar de dudas.
¿Nunca os ha pasado? Una decisión tan clara en la mente que se obvia. Y, cuando llega el momento de tomarla, te asaltan las dudas y arrasan con todo lo que llegaste a construir con pensamientos. Curioso lo escaso que puede llegar a ser el peso de una decisión ante la inseguridad.
No sabes qué hacer. Lo único que tienes claro es que no quieres equivocarte. Piensas, piensas, piensas. Dudas, dudas, dudas. Y, mientras tanto, sientes que el tiempo, aún infinito, te guía lenta e inexorablemente a tomar una decisión poco clara. Una que puede ser equivocada.
Y al final todo lleva a lo mismo. Piénsalo bien. Muy fácil de decir, desde luego. ¿Y bien? ¿Cómo? Evito por todos los medios cerrar cualquier puerta que en el futuro pueda querer cruzar. Y me siento parada. En espera. Porque no cambia nada, ningún factor que pueda arrojar siquiera un poco de luz sobre este mar de dudas. Ahogándome en él, comiéndome la cabeza mientras veo llegar el futuro que tanto me presiona. Y pensando en lo estúpida que soy por pensar, por pensar tanto. Siempre he sido impulsiva, ¿y por qué para esto no? ¿Responsabilidad?

Y sin embargo, otras, no hacen esa distinción entre trabajo y vida. No necesitan esperar a las vacaciones o a salir del despacho para vivir, porque el trabajo es una extensión de sus inquietudes.
